After two days of testimony and hours of deliberation justice has been served for Sandy, a San Angelo girl who faced a horrible experience at the young age of eleven.
Late Wednesday afternoon a Tom Green County jury began deliberating in the case against Mack A. Porter Jr., a man accused of sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child.
Shortly before 3:00 p.m. San Angelo Police officers and Tom Green County deputies were dispatched to Goodfellow Family Housing for reports of an injured individual who may have been injured by a vehicle.
The identity of the 4-year-old boy found stabbed to death in a Dallas neighborhood has been released. Police have also confirmed video surveillance shows the child being taken from his bed early Saturday morning.
